FF2R: the ambition of a trio that loves a plan to go off without a hitch.
If you had to choose between watching a thrilling James Bond-style series at your leisure, popcorn optional, or attending a dreary training seminar titled « Compliance » in a windowless room with eight colleagues and a cafeteria lunch to boot, what would you do?
This was the question Sandra Aubert (Founder of FF2R and an expert in sensitive communication) posed to Stéphane Simonet (Artistic Director/UX/UI Designer) and Valerian Cadici (Director/Editor).
For this demanding trio, the starting point was a dual ambition:
« We want to revitalize training to put an end to the ‘so boring’ PowerPoint presentations and also reconcile all employees—across generations—with dry topics such as compliance, risk prevention and management, and cybersecurity, » explains Sandra Aubert, who is busy filming fictional content.
FF2R is a « Task Force » that leverages its expertise in content creation, production, distribution, and cybersecurity to raise awareness and engage frontline employees on issues of security, cybersecurity, and compliance in the workplace.
Creating educational fiction isn’t something you improvise. « You need to be well-versed in economic intelligence topics and also know how to write a script, manage a team of technicians and actors—just like in the movies, » notes Stéphane Simonet.
Another key aspect of the casting process is blending professional actors with company employees. « When you see your colleagues involved in the company’s security project, you feel more connected to the messages, » emphasizes Valerian Cadici.
